Byrum & Fisk hires new communications strategist with more than 30 years of policy, public relations experience
LANSING, Michigan – Byrum & Fisk Advocacy Communications, a Michigan strategic communications and public relations firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Stepheni Willis to its team as a Communications Strategist.
Willis brings more than 30 years of experience in public affairs, advocacy communications, media relations and strategic messaging across government, labor, nonprofit, association and corporate sectors.

Prior to joining Byrum & Fisk, Willis served in senior communications leadership roles with United Food & Commercial Workers Local 951, Food Bank Council of Michigan, Michigan Works! Association, Michigan Lottery, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Michigan State University and Accident Fund Holdings.
She also led advocacy and legislative communications efforts for Michigan Association of REALTORS® and AARP Michigan, where she managed statewide media relations, issue advocacy campaigns and public policy messaging.
